About

I am an illustrator, cartoonist, and writer with an inclination towards the spooky and ghoulish. My work is narratively driven and I’m interested in how visuals and language overlap in ways that inform and dictate a story and its setting.

I find ghostplaces fascinating and enjoy considering the way narrative populates absences that sit between details. I think a lot about how we perceive histories we were not present for or ones we reconstruct in memory, filling in gaps as we go to make the story stick better.

Recently, I have been thinking a lot about personal archives and recall.

I graduated from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago in Spring 2020 with a BFA. Currently, I am living and am located in Seattle, WA.
